Hmmm... 135 von 210. Da hab ich ja alleine für die 80er noch einiges zu tun! Ist aber auch 'ne blöde Liste. Von manchen Bands sind gleich drei Platten dabei und von anderen absoluten 80er-Helden nicht ein Sterbenswörtchen. Aber klar, so sind solche Listen eben. Wer sich die Mühe machen will, kann sich ja die Liste auch mal ziehen und checken.

Ich könnte mir tausend Sachen vorstellen, die ich noch zu erledigen hätte, bevor ich mein ewiges Leben beginne.

Ich finde das gar nicht schlimm. Im Gegenteil. Ich habe in den letzten Jahren eine Hochachtung vor Leuten entwickelt, die es fertigbringen, sich gewissen Auswüchsen des Medienrummels zu entziehen.

Ich muß mich Mcp anschließen - diese Art von "Musik" ist auch nicht mein Ding. Aber der Geschmack ist bekanntlich verschieden - und das ist gut so, sonst wäre es langweilig.

Lieber Alipius, ich kenne eine ganze Menge von dem Zeug, kann auch einiges davon in meiner Plattensammlung mein Eigen nennen. Aber irgendwie habe ich mit der Zeit abgeschlossen. Die Dinge, die mich damals bewegten, gehören zwar zu mir, heute ist aber anderes dringend. Dennoch macht es Spaß, hin und wieder in den alten Platten zu stöbern. Und mit einem Fläschchen Wein lege ich mir auch schon mal das eine oder andere auf.... Aber, kritisch gefragt, bringt mich das in den Himmel? ... blinzel

Damit wir uns nicht falsch verstehen: Das "... die Du hören mußt" ist der Titel des Buches, nicht meine Erfindung.

Und... naja... kritisch geantwortet: Keine Ahnung, ob man wirklich in den Himmel darf, wenn man Prefab Sprout's "Steve McQueen" nicht kennt... *zurückblinzel*

Ei das ist ja auch ne Liste mit en 80er Jahren. Ich meinte die 90er! Use Your Illusion erschien in den 90ern. Mal ehrlich: Erscheint heute noch so etwas? Nä.

Sorry, aber "Use your illusion" ist in der 90'er-Liste nicht mit dabei. Hab's grade nochmal gecheckt. Aber, wie gesagt: Solche Listen sind ja immer unfair. Der Autor hat einen eigenen Geschmack und egal, wie unvoreingenommen er sein will, so ganz funktioniert das wohl nie...

Allgemein mag das ja sein, aber die Nichtaufnahme von Use your illusion macht die Liste zweifelsfrei wertlos.

Wer sagt, das von Guns 'n' Roses herausgebrachte Doppelalbum "Use your illusion" sei nicht eine der revolutionärsten Neuerscheinung der Musikgeschichte der 90er, oder es sei nicht absolut prägend und wichtig für die Kultur jener Jahre, oder man müsse es nicht gehört haben, der sei mit dem Anathema belegt.
